Label Holders/Bags
JOY provides several sizes and transparent label bags adhesive to the packaging unit. The cardholders can snap onto the plastic containers, to hold removable marks, bar code papers or other identification documents. The label bags are made of PVC and mostly stick on the sleeves to hold removable marks, bar code papers or other identification documents.
Security Belt
For most pallets, there is space to assemble 2 to 4 safety belts to replace disposable packing strap, while providing better protection to the packing unit. The security belts can accommodate with thermoformed or injection pallets and lids.
Small Injection Parts -TPU
The injected parts made of TPU are assembled on the thermoformed trays. The function is to get better support of the parts and avoid scarp chippings by scratching and friction in transportation. Those parts are customized in design and in layout for each packaging.
Labels -RFID/QR Code
JOY provide different types and different sizes of labels for routine trace. Those labels can accommodate with the handheld scanner, automatic production line, or connect with automatic guided vehicles (AGVs). RFID labels can connect with special network for tracing. The labels can be made of plastic or metal.
Dust Free Bags
For those blister trays requiring high cleanliness, and for those steel racks requiring preventing from rusting, PE bags are the essential parts in packaging. Besides protecting the packaging units, those bags are also in demand for packaging parts directly.
Desiccant
The desiccant is to keep moisture away within the packaging unit. It is usually used together with rust proof bags. The desiccant is a common packaging accessory in storage and transportation, especially in ocean container shipment.
