Types of inner packaging materials
Known for their lightweight yet high-strength structure, PP honeycomb panels excel in shock absorption, thermal insulation, and corrosion resistance during transportation and warehousing. Their hexagonal cell design traps air, reducing noise transmission by up to 30%, making them ideal for automotive interiors, cold-chain logistics, and reusable container liners. Customizable thickness (3–15 mm) and surface treatments (e.g., UV-resistant coatings) enhance durability in harsh environments for packaging.

Corrugated Plastic Sheets
Composed of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (HDPE), these sheets feature hollow structures that balance rigidity and weight savings. Their water-resistant, anti-static, and recyclable properties suit applications like electronics packaging, agricultural insulation, and temporary construction barriers.
EVA Foam Blocks
With excellent cushioning and chemical stability, EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) absorbs impacts effectively. It is widely used for precision components in electronics and medical devices, offering flame-retardant and anti-static variants.

Expandable Polyethylene (EPE) or Expanded Polypropylene (EPP)
This non-crosslinked foam provides superior shock resistance and thermal insulation. Its closed-cell structure prevents moisture ingress, making it a cost-effective choice for fragile goods packaging and lightweight automotive parts.
Non-Woven Fabric Liners
Made from polyester or polypropylene fibers, these liners combine breathability, tear resistance, and eco-friendliness. They are reusable, customizable in shape, and ideal for retail branding or medical supplies due to their hypoallergenic properties.

Integration with Packaging Systems
Custom inner materials are often paired with robust outer packaging as a carrier unit. The outside packagings are normally seen as collapsible large container (L-GLT sleeves), made of PP honeycomb panels and large foldable containers, sometimes also with customized metal racks with EVA/EPE liners to protect heavy industries components such as engine blocks.
The shift toward Eco-conscious packaging demands a synergy of advanced materials (PP, EVA, EPE) and intelligent design. By combining material innovation with modular designs, Joyrepak exemplifies this trend, offering customized, reusable solutions that reduce waste and operational costs while better protecting the products and meeting global sustainability standards. As industries prioritize lighter and green logistics, these liner materials and integrated systems will remain pivotal in recyclable packaging to replace the disposable ones.
