Product portfolio: Custom made trays
Drawing upon decades of thin-wall expertise, Joyrepak has been rooted in recyclable thick-wall thermoforming since its establishment in 2005, and later started also large injected trays. This strategic focus aligns with its mission to replace single-use packaging with durable, customized solutions for industries like automotive and home appliances. Leveraging advanced material science (e.g., HDPE, ABS, and modified polypropylene) and innovative structural designs, Joyrepak’s thick-wall products emphasize high load-bearing capacity (up to 3 tons), reusability (1:5 recycling ratio), and resistance to extreme temperatures/chemicals. This evolution from disposable packaging to reusable packaging expertise reflects its commitment to sustainable packaging under China's "dual-carbon" policy, driving circular economy practices across global supply chains.
Thick-Wall Thermoformed Trays
Thick-wall trays, typically ranging from 2–12 mm in thickness, are designed for reusable packaging solutions to replace single-use alternatives. Materials such as HDPE, ABS, and TPU-coated ABS are favored for their high impact resistance, structural stability, and longevity. These trays are extensively employed in the automotive and home appliance industries, where repetitive handling and transportation demand robust protection. Joyrepak specializes in thick-wall trays using modified polypropylene (PE) to create high-strength, temperature-resistant packaging for automotive components like engine blocks and transmission systems. The products feature customized structural designs to prevent part displacement, support heavy loads (up to 2 tons), and enable 1:5 recycling ratios, aligning with circular economy principles.

Thick-Wall Injected Trays
For those require high dimension precise or in big quantity for mass production, injection trays are an alternative. Joyrepak owns injection machine up to 3300T, can produce plastic trays up to 1900mm.
Although the initial investment costs more than thermoformed tool, injected products own the advantages of higher production capacity and lower production cost, which is perfect for mass production for some industries for automatic production line and large-scale warehousing.

Thin-Wall Blister Trays
Thin-wall trays, with thicknesses of 0.5–1.8 mm, are often used for single-use packaging due to their lightweight and cost efficiency. Materials like PVC and PET dominate this category, offering clarity and flexibility for retail packaging. Polystyrene (PS) is also utilized for customized one-piece liners in reusable containers, particularly in electronics and precision parts packaging. Joyrepak’s thin-wall blister solutions, produced in clean room environments, emphasize anti-static properties and high precision, making them ideal for delicate components such as electronic connectors and medical devices.

Conclusion
Thick-wall thermoformed and thin-wall blister trays address diverse industrial needs, balancing durability, cost, and environmental impact. Joyrepak devotes to exemplify innovation in this field, driving the shift toward green logistics through high-performance materials and circular business models. The solutions not only protect products but also contribute to global sustainability goals by minimizing resource consumption and waste.
