Liquor industry, one of the big contributors to the economy, starts automation system in production. Therefore, the carrier unit play a vital role in the automated filling and packaging process.
● Bottle packaging: it is necessary to effectively support liquor bottles while strictly preventing scratches between bottles.
● Solution: Use a combination of injection molded trays and blister/injection molded liners to ensure that wine bottles are stable and not damaged during transportation and filling.
● Gift box of the liquor packaging: the carrier unit for the gift box automation system has to avoid scratch of the surface of the gift box, while lifting by the automation robot to accommodate to the filled bottles.
● Solution: Design a special blister top cover and liner to ensure that the gift box is not damaged during automated operations and to facilitate the operation of the robot.


● Bottle cap packaging: the aim is to increase the effective loading capacity per pallet and suitable for on line operation.
● Solution: Use standard small load container with blistering trays to place the cap one by one position. The robot can pick up the cap precisely.
● Dust bag packaging:the aim is to increase the effective loading capacity per pallet and suitable for on line operation.
● Solution: Use standard small load container for dust bag packaging to ensure cleanliness during transportation and storage while facilitating handling by automated equipment.
Through these carrier design solutions, the liquor industry can realize the automated filling to replace manual filling, increase labor utilization, improve production efficiency, reduce the use and disassembly time of disposable packaging, and improve the turnover efficiency of the supply chain.
