JOY uses modified materials such as PPO, PC/ABS, PP in fire-resistant V0 grade and EPP in battery packaging.

JOY owns a certified testing lab by ISTA (International Safe Transit Association), so tests are required during sampling process, small-lot simulated road test, and also spot check and test in mass production.
