Recently, a carload of automotive parts packaging from Joyrepak was shipped from the company's plant in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, to Sichuan, Hebei, Jiangsu, and Fujian. Due to the impact of the overall environment, when many companies were troubled by the difficulties in their development, Joyrepak took the initiative to face the challenges, and through its focus on innovation, it has carved out a new path in the recyclable packaging industry. Joyrepak is a listed company specializing in the research, production, and sales of intelligent recyclable packaging for the Automotive industry. Upon entering the Joyrepak company located in Qiaotou Town, the production workshop is buzzing with machinery, and workers are busy producing; in the exhibition hall, numerous packaging boxes of different appearances and colors are showcasing their charm: foldable fruit and vegetable boxes, high-precision Turnover Boxes, as well as packaging boxes for express delivery and household appliances. "Don't think that this plastic box is ordinary. It can withstand a fall from a height of three or four meters without breaking, and its service life is not affected even at -20 degrees Celsius," explained Huang Yixiang, the company's technical manager. "This KLT series turnover box has passed the VDA standard certification." Its use of materials, shape structure, and size requirements are all very high, and it conforms to the principles of ergonomics, which can provide good protection for products during transportation. Meanwhile, another gray and white packaging box has precision error controlled within 0.1 millimeters, "accurate dimensions ensure optimal protection for parts during transportation while meeting the needs of automated production lines. This product is not only a packaging box, but can also be used as a fixture directly on automated production lines."

Joyrepak Journey attaches great importance to the research and development of products and technological processes, and has established a complete R&D system. Since the assembly requirements of automobiles are precise, it is naturally demanding on the "clothing" of spare parts. The technical team of the company focuses on innovation in the R&D process, devoting a lot of time and energy to product structure, mold development, and product material modification. During this period, Joyful Journey has also been reporting good news. Its R&D projects "a serial number hot stamping mold used in a hot stamping machine" and "a plastic protective box consisting of a lid, side panels, and a tray" have both been granted national invention patents.

According to the introduction, Joyrepak Journey's recyclable packaging business extends beyond the automotive industry and covers white goods, consumer electronics, beverages and food, fresh produce, and logistics. The company's customized recyclable packaging has been widely used in traditional automakers such as Volkswagen, BMW, Volvo, and Great Wall, as well as in new energy vehicle companies such as Tesla and BYD. This year, the company is also developing a number of innovative technologies, including "reusable packaging for new energy batteries" and "reusable packaging for battery modules for new energy vehicles."
